All Levels Megaformer

Our signature class.

This full body workout on the Megaformer is designed to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance. With a maximum of 12 people per class, expect lots of attention. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, modifications make this class suitable for all levels.

Megaformer Basics Class

Our signature class with added support.

In the Basics class you will experience our classic moves but taught at a more moderate pace and with more support options included in the instruction.  If you are looking for a more simple approach or find yourself modifying many exercises in our All Levels classes, this class is for you. Also a great option for new clients and pre/post natal guests.

Intro to the Megaformer

Our signature class redesigned for beginners. 

In the intro class you will do a version of our signature class with a focus on the foundational moves of our method. You can still expect a challenging class, but at a more supportive pace with detailed instruction.  This class is ideal if you are new to our studio, looking to build more confidence on the Megaformer, or simply prefer a class with a more supportive approach. 

50 minutes. Beginner but suitable for All Levels.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Emma Suttles

Emma was born and raised in Birmingham, AL, and has always felt a deep connection to her hometown and its vibrant community.  Her passion for fitness began early, but it truly found its focus when she moved to Los Angeles, where she spent 11 transformative years. It was there that she discovered the Lagree Method, a dynamic and challenging approach to fitness that quickly became the cornerstone of her wellness journey. The combination of strength, endurance, and mind-body connection resonated with her in a way no other workout had before.

In 2016, She decided to bring this passion back home to Birmingham, introducing the Lagree Method to a community eager for something new and effective. The decision to open MPower was driven by a desire to offer a space where people of all fitness levels could experience the life-changing benefits of this method. Watching clients build strength, gain confidence, and transform both physically and mentally has been the most rewarding part of this journey for her.  She is committed to making MPower a place where everyone feels supported, challenged, and mpowered to reach their fullest potential.
